Travel Coverage Benefits
If your vehicle is inoperable due to a covered mechanical breakdown, and you are more than 100 miles from home, your Volkswagen Service Plan provides you with travel coverage that includes reimbursement for meals, lodging, and alternative transportation, up to $75 per day to a maximum of $375 per occurence. (Note: Prior authorization from the toll-free assistance center is required.)
